6. Using Acrobat Forms
Forms are used very often in the Internet. They provide a way of transferring data. Usually, the user downloads them from a given server, enters the required info and sends the form back to the host.
The nice thing about Acrobat forms is that they can be downloaded from a server to a remote computer and saved for later use. You can complete an Acrobat form and submit the form data to a Web server in a few ways - either as a file format unique to Acrobat called FDF (Forms Data Format) or in HTML format.
The mass amount of forms contained on the Web in PDF format are nothing more than paper documents scanned and converted to PDF or original document pages converted to PDF via Acrobat Distiller, PDFWriter or PDFMaker. These files don't provide either the PDF author or end user the power of working with Acrobat forms. At the least they are archaic and unusable for electronic exchange of data.
Adobe PDF Forms Access is the tool that authors can use to produce such forms.

7. Flatten PDF documents in Adobe Acrobat
A great thing about the PDF format is that it is uneditable, which means that the reader of the document can’t change its contents. But if editable objects like form fields, text annotations, comments and stamps added to the document, but you still want the PDF to be uneditable, then you have to fallten these objects to become part of the document.
You can achieve this in Acrobat Professional by openсхж the JavaScript console (Ctrl+J) and typing in: this.flattenPages(); and press enter.
8. Opening PDF Web links
Acrobat 7 enables users to open Web links either within Adobe Acrobat or through the default Web browser. But to learn the tricks of the trade, check out the provided keyboard shortcuts.
In Acrobat, hold down the Shift key and click a link to open it automatically in your browser.
If you want to view the page within the application window, simply hold down the Ctrl key and click a link.

9. Searching PDF files with Adobe Reader
To search through the document, you need to open up the Search PDF window. To do this, choose the "Search" option in the "Edit" menu or click on the icon of the binoculars in the toolbar.
Once you have the Search dialog opened, simply enter the keyword that you would like to find in the box labeled "What word or phrase would you like to search for?" and press the search button. Adobe Reader will find every occurrence of the word and display a list in the bottom half of the search panel. Clicking on an occurrence will cause the document to switch to that page in the main window. Also note that your keyword has been highlighted on the document to help you find it.
10. Converting HTML Web Pages to PDF
Converting entire websites into a single PDF file is something that is made possible with Acrobat's Web Capture Plug-in (included in version 4.0+). There are two ways of performing this task – on a local lever or online.
Processing Local HTML Files is done from the File menu – Open, select HTML for the file type, browse your way to the given html site and click OK. The online approach is quite similar except for the fact that in the File menu, you must select ‘Open Web Page…’ and enter the URL to that page.
